Cardio Circuit ProgramsCardio circuit training is one of the best forms of exercise as it not only gives your muscles a good workout, they also exercise the most important part of your body - the heart. The set programs have been developed to suit all levels of fitness and are ideal cardio vascular workouts. They have been designed to be done at home or at the Gym using either free weights, machine weights or an exercise ball. We provide a variety of cardio programs to suit all level of experience and fitness, including: - Upper body circuits
